Registration
On the homepage https://www.smartpi.eu/ you will find a link to register.
To register, you will need a valid e-mail address, your customer number and your order number. You will find these on your invoice as the order number and SW customer number.
If you no longer have these details, you can contact us by email.
You can log in after registering.

Furnishings
When you log in for the first time, you must first set up a system.
The procedure is very simple:
- Create device
- Create system
- Assigning a device to a system
Create device
- Under the menu item Settings->Create device.
There you must assign a serial number, a device name and a password to your device. Please make a note of the serial number and password. These are the access data for the MQTT data transfer and must be entered on the SmartPi under Settings->Communication->SmartPi Cloud.
The serial number is the user name on the SmartPi.
You must also enter the following data on the SmartPi: - Encryption: ssl://
- URL: 2.mqtt.enerserve.eu
- Port: 8883
- MQTT QoS: 0
The topic is assigned automatically.
The data transfer then begins.

Create system
In order for the data to be displayed, a system must be created and the device must be assigned to the system.
To create a system, click on Settings -> Create system.
Assign a system name and select a type that best corresponds to your system. If you would like a new category here, please contact us at info@enerserve.eu.
After clicking on the Create system button, the system is saved.

Assigning a device to a system
Under Settings -> Assign device, you can assign the previously created device or a previously created device to a system.
In the top drop-down menu, select the system to which you want to assign the device. Below this, select the corresponding devices.
After clicking on the Add devices button, the devices are assigned to the system and you can see the data in the system.

Further settings
Under the menu item Settings -> Settings, you can make further settings or changes for both the systems and the devices.
Figure 7 shows the system settings.
You can select the system to be edited in the drop-down menu at the top left. Below this, you can change the system name and type. If you wish, you can also assign location coordinates to the system. To do this, either select the appropriate coordinates with the mouse or finger or enter your address in the input line under Search address.
When selecting with the mouse or finger, you can move the map by holding down the mouse or finger. Click or tap to set the location.
You will see the coordinates as latitude and longitude under the map. If you want to reset your location data, click the Reset coordinates button.
At the bottom you will see the devices assigned to the system.
If several devices are assigned to a system, you can select the order and structure in which the devices are arranged under Higher-level devices.

Figure 8 shows the device settings.
In the drop-down menu at the top left, you can select the device for which you want to edit the settings.
Below this, you can change the device name of the selected device and the MQTT settings.
Please note: If you change the MQTT settings, you must also change the settings on the device (e.g. SmartPi). Otherwise, no data transfer will take place.
To the right, you can assign a location to the devices, similar to the location selection in the System tab. To do this, you can either search for the address or click on the location with the mouse.
