What are credits?

To use premium services in the enerserve portal, you need credits. Credits can be purchased in our webshop.

How much does a credit cost?

One credit costs between approx. 0.099 € and 0.119 €. Depending on how many you buy.

Which Premium Services can I book?

How long are the credits valid?

The credits are valid for an unlimited time.

Do I get a discount?

Depending on how many credits you buy, the credit price will be cheaper. So you can get a discount up to 20%.

What do I have to take into account when ordering?

Please enter your user name from the enerserve portal in the comments field during the ordering process. As soon as the credits are activated in your enerserve portal account, you will receive a separate e-mail.

Will I receive an invoice?

You will receive an invoice for ordering the credits. The booking of the premium services is recorded in the portal. Each individual booking (remote, SMS) is listed separately.

How can I activate the premium services?

SMS: You can activate the SMS function under "Configuration" = > "Error detection" = > "SMS dispatch". If more than one customer should have access to this facility, the respective credit account will be debited from whichever customer has entered the cell phone number. The username will be displayed there as well.
You will be notified about each error detection by SMS. For example, if you have configured 2 error detections for one system, then 2 SMS will be sent.
Remote: You can activate the remote function under "Configuration" => "Plant data" => "Remote".  You can choose between a runtime of 1 month or 12 months. You can also choose if the remote function should be extended automatically after expiration.

When will the error SMS be sent?

It SMS will be sent promptly after the error detection. If you don't want to receive SMS after 10pm, let the error detection run earlier.

What happens if there are no credits left?

If an SMS is to be sent and you have no more credits, you will be notified about it by e-mail.
If an automatic renewal of the remote function fails because there are not enough credits, the function will be deactivated and you will receive an e-mail.
